| Customer service is terrible, I bought a Cd player from them and their $40 extended two year warranty. A year and a half later I have been jumping through hoop after hoop to TRY to get a new deck. The salesman told me the day I bought it that they would replace it with a model as close to it as possible if it broke after they discontinued it. Now I am getting the ultimate run around. One manager told me one thing the other told me he was full of it. I was speaking with the manager at the store on Briargate and had the manager of the store on barnes and powers, and at the same time the one from chapel hills told me "Our warranty policy hasnt changed in 5 years" the "manager" on the phone told me "our warranty policy changes from time to time" talk about a headache!! Not to mention on one day I bought an amp, car alarm, and cd player all with the extended warranty! So I wasted $120 on warranties that do no good. Not to mention the customer service is terrible. |

| Correction on the other review. Their customer service was great, fantastic the day I bought the stereo. I spent $970 and they were great to me. Told me exactly what I wanted to hear, but now the story is different. My biggest complaint is the salesman told me I could blow the entire stereo up, on purpose, the day before the warranty ended and walk out of the store with ALL new equipment. Why exaggerate if you can't even replace it when something breaks. |
